The Asht Lakshmi Puja begins with Swasti Vachan (recitation of auspicious verses) and Shanti Path (peace invocations), followed by the Sankalp (taking a vow) to set the intention of the ritual. The ceremony continues with the installation of key deities, starting with Ganesh Sthapan (invocation of Lord Ganesha), Kalash Sthapan (installation of the sacred water pot), and Asht Lakshmi Sthapan (installation of the eight forms of Goddess Lakshmi). This is followed by Brahma Sthapan (installation of Lord Brahma) and Agni Sthapan (invocation of the fire deity).

The puja proceeds with the Invocation of all Gods and Goddesses and the Navgrah Sthapan (installation of the nine planetary deities). Navgrah Mantra Japa is performed to balance the planetary influences, followed by the Punyaha Vachan Kalash (purification ritual with sacred water). The main worship, Asht Lakshmi Puja, is performed with dedication, accompanied by the recitation of the Sri Suktam Path and specific Mantra Japa for all eight forms of Devi Maha Lakshmi. The ritual concludes with Aarti (offering of light) and the distribution of Prasad to the Brahmins.
