The ritual proceeds with Ganesh Sthapan (installation of Lord Ganesha to remove obstacles), Kalash Sthapan (placement of the sacred water pot), and Lakshmi Sthapan (installation of Goddess Lakshmi for prosperity). The main installation is Budh Dev Sthapan (installation of Lord Budh, representing Mercury), followed by Navgrah Sthapan (installation of the nine planetary deities), Brahma Sthapan (installation of Lord Brahma), and Agni Sthapan (invocation of the fire deity).

The puja continues with the Invocation of all Gods and Goddesses and chanting of the Navgrah Mantra Japa, performing one mala for each planet to harmonize their influences.
