• Payments: All payments must be made in advance through our accepted payment methods. You agree to provide accurate and valid payment details. We are not responsible for any issues related to payment processing by third-party gateways.
• Cancellation and Refunds: Once a puja is booked and the ritual preparations have begun, cancellations may not be possible. Refunds are subject to our sole discretion and will only be considered in cases of service failure or technical issues. 5. Service Accuracy
